Which would you choose.

Bike or rower reddit. So i ve got room for just one either an assault bike or a rower in my garage gym. So i want to get a squat rack with pull up bar and then either the concept2 rower or an air bike. Who knows when i can order one so thought i d ask the internet which they would get if they can get just one. Rower vs airdyne bike for 1st cardio machine addition.

As a rower who cycles a lot i d be tempted to say rowing. The only other regular is a woman who does either the bike but prefers strider for the rower due to a tail bone injury. Which is more beneficial in the first instance a rower or an air bike. Help reddit app.

I m leaning towards the air bike but we all know the rower is great.
